Strong and affordable bundle of forged internals for EA888.3 MQB engines. If you’re aiming for a high power application (+500hp and beyond, this ULTIMATE Kit includes everything you need to keep your engine happy up to 1000 HP if needed.
This kit offers a balanced combination of forged pistons, connecting rods, connecting rod screws, connecting rod bearings, head gasket and stud bolt – all of this for very affordable package pricing when bought together.
What’s included?
BAR-TEK® H-Shaft steel connecting rods are titanium riveted, which is why they shine gold. Together with these rods, your trusted pistons are made from JE Pistons and equipped with strong Heavy Duty piston pins for high boost. The rest of it are parts we all know: obviously ARP connecting rod bolts and head studs, connecting rod bearings from ACL, and MLS head gasket from Cometic.
Check your engines tolerances, make sure to start with properly machined gasket surfaces and clearances, and you are good to go chasing those heavy numbers.

Other recommendations:
We recommend to reinforce the valve train with valve springs and Ferrea valves. By doing so, you can safely use slightly increased rev limiter well above 7k rpm!
