Amsoil Signature Series (SS)

Amsoil Signature Series motor oil is the manufacturer’s flagship product, showcasing modern expertise for gasoline engines. These oils are designed to meet American and Japanese manufacturers’ API SN and ILSAC GF-5 standards, as well as some manufacturer-specific approvals. They are also used in many European engines and even racing engines, depending on the appropriate viscosity for the application.

Engine protection with SS oil is 75% better than required by the strictest API SN oil standard. The maximum oil change interval is 40,000 km or once a year unless specified otherwise. However, enthusiasts typically use a 15,000–20,000 km interval. Intended for newer high-performance turbocharged vehicles, its high-quality base stock also makes it an excellent choice for E85 ethanol fuel in Flexfuel vehicles.

Amsoil Premium Protection European motor oil is a reliable choice for street cars, designed to meet European manufacturers’ ACEA standards for both gasoline and diesel engines in passenger cars and vans. It is highly suitable for turbocharged engines and long-life oil change intervals. (Although we don’t recommend long intervals for other reasons!)

Amsoil Z-ROD

Amsoil Z-ROD motor oil is a high-zinc oil designed for classic engines and highly tuned street engines, such as those with flat tappet cams and high valve spring pressures. It includes a potent blend of anti-corrosion additives to protect engines during long periods of inactivity. Oil change interval: 8,000 km or once a year. Also suitable for E85 use.

Dominator Racing Oil

Amsoil Dominator Racing Oil is a staple among racing enthusiasts. This oil is designed with zero compromises: maximum resistance to surface pressure, shear forces, and heat, combined with minimal friction and blow-by. It is ideal for high RPMs and extreme temperatures. It contains no detergents, as these compete for space with more critical additives. For this reason, oil changes should be performed every 3–5 races or approximately every 5,000 km on the street.
